Dave has owned Harrison Marina for over 23 years. He started with just 50 customers and has built the busines to well over 500 today. He can usually be found in and out of the shop or picking up or delivering a boat to one of his many customers. When he's not on the road he's working hard on many of his building projects. Needless to say Dave never stops...

Cathie has been working with Dave for the past 23 years helping to build Harrison Marina as well as raise a family. She oversees our accounting and payroll department. Oh and she can cook up some great Italian meals as well!
Jason Randall

Jason oversees the day to day operations of the marina. He is a Mercury and Yamaha certified Master Technician and is the man you want to see if you are having problems with your boat! He can be found at our service location or on the lake providing service on the water. If Jason can't fix it...nobody can!
Kim Randall

Kim is our office manager and Jason's wife. She is responsible for scheduling, ordering, billing and a ton more. She is highly knowledgable about the boating industry and an invaluable asset to our team.
Mario Pacini

Mario bought his first boat from Harrison Marina 7 years ago. He's originally from Massachusetts (we don't hold that against him) and decided to move up to Bridgton with his family full time in 2023 to oversee our sales and marketing. You will find him this spring at our newest location in downtown Bridgton.
